    Good remote, arrived promptly

    I order this remote for my four year old Laser Christmas light, unfortunately it didn't resolve my issue. The RGB lights all come on but do not respond to the remote, I tested the battery and tried a reset. There has to be an issue with my light, not the remote. I'll probably throw this light out. I thank the customer service though for helping me getting the correct remote.

    Lost my laser light remote and after emailing customer service they were able to determine which RF remote I need. I purchased with a quick turnaround. Thanks

    I am satisfied, but the red light has now failed, so I now only have blue and green light. It seemed like the remote control is not working proberly.
